Getting to know me
Everything in my life wraps back around to communication in one way or another. It is my great passion in life, from my love of writing, to people, to every hobby and career path I’ve embarked upon. I would like you to know me a little better, even beyond my work.

The ability to travel has been one of my greatest privileges in life. And it is not one I take for granted. The opportunity to travel and experience the world from many different perspectives has made me a better communicator, a better writer, and a better person. This world is so vast, and I am so grateful to be a part of it.
I am indeed a nerd
There are few challenges in life greater than wrangling a full room of grown adults with lives and jobs into a single room to play games. But it is easily the hobby I have poured the most time into. I love the joys of playing tabletop games, the comradery of a shared storytelling experience. I have even found joy in the simple pleasure of hand drawn maps.
They aren’t the most professional of maps yet, but I’m proud of them.
This is definitely a practice what I preach situation. If you have not been to the Houston Renaissance Faire yet, I cannot recommend it enough.
Theater
I love the theater. I always have, from being in the audience, the production team, to even the stage. I am captivated by the power and community of theater and adore any opportunity to be a part of it. The arts in its many forms has captured my heart in a way that informs how I move through life.
